Trinity has a long history of strong lay leadership and reliance on members to “be the church” not just attend church. In this new season of ministry we are clarifying our lay leadership structures, volunteer roles, and systems in order to welcome more into our worship experiences, expand ministries, and set visionary goals with a lean staff and strong team of volunteers. 

As we look to the future of Trinity Lutheran Church, we have eyes on replication and raising up the next generation. It is essential that we maintain our commitment to lay-driven ministry models and a vision that empowers members to be raised up as leaders who will “connect our community to Jesus”.  Developing systems and models for raising up leaders continues to be a primary vision for our community.
